For nature lovers

Located on the shores of the great Blue Lagoon of the Castelo de Bode reservoir, Ferreira do Zêzere has a natural and patrimonial richness that inspired Alfredo Keil to compose “A Portuguesa” – a song that would later become the national anthem.

With idyllic landscapes of green valleys and magnificent river beaches, it is the perfect destination for lovers of recreational and competitive nautical activities, such as canoeing, wakeboarding, water skiing, rowing or diving.
